Return Policy

  1. Returns must be made within seven (7) days from the day you received the goods depending on the courier service record. Goods with the following reasons only are fit for return:
  • Wrong item sent by error (do not open the box if the goods sent is different from the goods you order)
  • Manufacturing defect item
  1. All the goods for return must be in original new condition (including wrapping, labels, user manuals, warranty card, accessory) The returned goods must not be used, tested and installed in any vehicles. The following requirements must be fulfilled for returns:
  • Proof of purchase (order invoice or receipt)
  • Proof of missing and defect (unboxing video when receiving the goods)
  1. Buyer must ship the goods back to BMH and he/she is fully responsible for the products during the return shipment back to us.
  2. Unless the product is having manufacturing defect or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.

Non-returnable conditions

  1. Items that have been purchased for more than seven (7) days based on courier service record.
  2. Non-manufacturing defect items.
  3. Buyer does not like the design, model, specifications, colour, size, dimension, wrong selection, product not meeting expectation, change of mind and price differences.
  4. Due to hygiene issue, all the breast pump, bottles, storage bags, maternity product, inner wear, personal care products, mattress are non-returnable.
  5. All the tried, used, assembled and installed items.
  6. Damage or missing items without providing unboxing video as proof will not be allowed for return.

Returning Process

  1. If your return meets all the above requirements and wish to proceed for return, please contact us within 7 days, starting from the day of receiving goods based on the courier record.
  2. Please provide us your invoice or receipt.
  3. Our team will verify the return request within 7 working days.
  4. If your return is valid, we will notify you to arrange the shipment for return 26, Jalan Setia Tropika 1/27, Taman Setia Tropika, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor. BMH reserves the right to reject any return and refund. Return shipping fee will be borne by consumer.
  5. We will inspect the return goods to ensure the product is unused, with all the original accessories and original condition.
  6. If the returned goods we received are not in original and suitable condition with all the required accessories, BMH may have to send it back to you at your own cost and turn down the return.
  7. Refund will be done through Curlec with a processing fee of 6% + RM0.50. Refund process takes around 5 to 7 working days across all payment method.
  8. Exchange is allowed for same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange. If the new item is of a higher price, you will have to pay for the difference in amount; If the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.
